During the annual shareholders’ meeting of Carlo Gavazzi Holding AG, held in Zug last July 23rd - the two directors Federico Foglia and Stefano Premoli Trovati and Giovanni Bertola were elected for a period of one year. Following the proposal of a group of public shareholders to join the board, Valeria Gavazzi was elected as a new member for a period of one year.
